1. About VyoraConnect

VyoraConnect is an offline-first local media, document viewing, file-sharing, streaming, remote-control, and device-pairing application designed for compatible Android mobile devices and Android TV devices.

VyoraConnect allows users to access supported files stored on their devices and, where available, stream or transfer selected content over a Wi-Fi, hotspot, or local area network.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using VyoraConnect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the VyoraConnect Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not install, access, or use VyoraConnect.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of VyoraConnect complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location.

If a child uses VyoraConnect, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the child’s use of the application and the content available on the device.

4. Permitted Use

You may use VyoraConnect to:

• Play supported media stored on your device.
• View supported documents and files.
• Connect compatible mobile and Android TV devices.
• Stream selected files over a local network.
• Transfer selected files to an approved paired device.
• Control supported playback functions remotely.
• Use other features made available within the application.

You may use VyoraConnect only for lawful and authorized purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

When using VyoraConnect, you agree that you will:

• Access, play, stream, or transfer only media and files that you own, created, obtained legally, or are authorized to use.
• Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, intellectual property, and other legal rights.
• Pair only with devices that you own or are authorized to access.
• Use trusted Wi-Fi, hotspot, or local network connections.
• Protect pairing codes, QR codes, devices, and shared files from unauthorized access.
• Review files before sharing, streaming, downloading, or transferring them.

6. Prohibited Use

You must not use VyoraConnect to:

• Share, distribute, stream, or transfer copyrighted material without the required permission.
• Access another person’s device, files, or network without authorization.
• Distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or other disruptive material.
• Attempt to bypass security, pairing, permission, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or misuse the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Interfere with the proper operation, availability, or security of VyoraConnect.
• Use the application for illegal copying, piracy, or unauthorized content distribution.

7. Local Network and Device Pairing

VyoraConnect may require both devices to be powered on, connected to a compatible network, and running the required VyoraConnect services.

Phone-to-TV playback and local file streaming may depend on:

• Both devices remaining connected to the same network.
• The mobile device remaining powered on.
• The source file remaining available on the mobile device.
• Sufficient network speed and stability.
• Background activity being permitted by the device.
• Battery optimization not interrupting the connection.
• Compatibility between the file format and receiving device.

You are responsible for disconnecting devices that you no longer recognize or trust.

8. Media and File Compatibility

Playback and document compatibility may vary depending on:

• The Android version.
• The device manufacturer and hardware.
• The file format, codec, resolution, and file condition.
• The available storage and memory.
• Network performance.
• System-level media and document support.

VyoraConnect does not guarantee that every file, codec, resolution, document type, or media format will work on every Android mobile or Android TV device.

9. User Files and Content

You retain ownership of your files, documents, photos, videos, music, and other content.

VyoraConnect does not obtain ownership of your files merely because you open, play, view, stream, share, or transfer them through the application.

You are solely responsible for:

• The legality of files you access or share.
• Maintaining backups of important files.
• Ensuring sufficient storage space.
• Protecting files from accidental deletion or unauthorized access.
• Confirming that a receiving device is trusted.

10. File Transfer and Data Loss

File transfers may fail, pause, stop, or become incomplete due to network loss, device shutdown, storage limitations, battery restrictions, system interruptions, incompatible files, or other technical conditions.

You should verify that transferred files are complete and readable before deleting the original files.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VyoraConnect and its developer are not responsible for accidental deletion, corruption, failed transfers, incomplete downloads, lost playback progress, lost metadata, or other loss of locally stored information.

11. Permissions

VyoraConnect may request permissions required for media access, file access, camera-based QR scanning, notifications, nearby devices, local network communication, or other supported features.

You may deny or revoke permissions through your Android device settings. However, the associated feature may stop working or may not function correctly.

12. Third-Party Advertising

VyoraConnect may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements, links, offers, products, applications, and services displayed through third-party advertising providers may be governed by the provider’s own terms, privacy policies, and business practices.

VyoraConnect does not control and does not guarantee the:

• Availability of third-party advertisements.
• Accuracy of advertising claims.
• Quality or safety of advertised products or services.
• Suitability of advertisements for a particular user.
• Availability or operation of external websites and applications.

Any interaction, purchase, communication, or transaction with an advertiser is between you and the relevant advertiser or third-party provider.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

VyoraConnect may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or applications.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using them.

14. Application Updates

VyoraConnect may receive updates that add, remove, modify, improve, repair, or secure application features.

Updates may be required to maintain compatibility with newer Android versions, Google Play requirements, Android TV devices, advertising services, permissions, security standards, and file formats.

Some features may stop working correctly if you continue using an outdated version of the application.

Where technically possible, application updates and database migrations may attempt to preserve locally stored app data. However, preservation of all settings, metadata, history, or files cannot be guaranteed.

15. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or replace any part of VyoraConnect when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance, product improvement, or technical reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain permanently available or operate identically on every device.

16. No Warranty

VyoraConnect is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The application will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Every feature will be error-free.
• Every file or media format will be supported.
• All devices will connect successfully.
• Streaming or transfer speeds will remain constant.
• Application data will never be lost or corrupted.
• The application will satisfy every individual requirement.

Playback, streaming, transfer speed, and quality depend on your device, operating system, storage, file format, codec, network, battery settings, and other conditions outside our control.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anil Nahar and VyoraConnect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use VyoraConnect.
• Loss, deletion, corruption, or unauthorized access to files.
• Failed, interrupted, or incomplete streaming or transfers.
• Use of an untrusted device or network.
• Third-party advertisements, products, links, or services.
• Incompatible devices, files, formats, or operating systems.
• Actions taken by another person with access to your device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of VyoraConnect, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or unauthorized sharing of content.

19. Termination of Use

You may stop using VyoraConnect at any time by uninstalling the application.

Access to certain features may be restricted or discontinued where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or protect the application and its services.

20. Privacy

Your use of VyoraConnect is also governed by the VyoraConnect Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how local files, device information, pairing data, advertising information, permissions, and third-party services may be handled.

Please review the Privacy Policy available on the VyoraConnect website and inside the application.

21. Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when application features, legal requirements, Google Play policies, advertising services, security requirements, or business practices change.

The revised Terms will display a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of VyoraConnect after updated Terms become effective indicates acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in the user’s country or region.

Any dispute will be handled by the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
